Kate believes there is an inner athlete in everyone. Having this belief is the key to creating long-term change for your body, your health and overall wellbeing. Putting these belief systems to the test, Kate now regularly takes part in grueling ultra-endurance fitness events.
Kate served for 18 years as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Navy. In 2005 Kate qualified as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor following intensive training at DRMC Headley Court. Kate has worked with injured Service personnel returning from operations as well as civilian and military personnel overcoming issues from sports and work related injury to weight, smoking and illness. Kate has seen first-hand how important health and fitness is not only for the body but also the wellbeing of the mind.

Through the Pro-Coach online coaching platform, Kate will break your nutritional and fitness goals into small, daily practices that add up to massive body transformations. You will develop healthy habits that become second nature and last a lifetime, no more yo-yo dieting.
A structured 12 month step-by-step guide, bespoke to you, designed to give you one simple change at a time so you can experience a life of food freedom, a healthy mind-set and a rockin' body while Kate personally coaches you and cheers you on.
For an additional fee, a face-to-face skype supported package is available. Skype meetings can be arranged at your request - as many or as few as you feel you need - to provide a fully supported one-one program.
Pro-Coach Nutrition Coaching works. However, a refund is available if you are not happy with results at the end of your twelve-month program.
Kate runs regular Pilates and fitness classes and offers Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy and 1-1 personal training from Nine Springs Health Clinic in Yeovil, Somerset.
